As a client of Upstack, you have hired full time developer/s.
This means that they are required to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
Your new Upstack team members will be working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (excluding weekends, unless agreed otherwise).
During the workday the Upstack team members are required to keep the client up to date with their work (taking part in a daily meeting/providing written updates).
If any emergencies occur, that impede your Upstack team member from undertaking the required work, it is his/her responsibility to communicate this as soon as possible.
Your Client Success Manager is tasked with ensuring that steps and processes are followed throughout your project’s duration.
