The Upstack holiday procedure ensures that stakeholders are swiftly made aware of any upcoming holidays that any Upstack team member might have.
- At the start of the project all team members are required to state any booked, upcoming, holidays. This will ensure that the project starts from with the right foundations and timelines can be adjusted accordingly.
- During a project the minimum holiday notice period is two weeks.
- Holidays have to be approved by both Upstack and the client.
