From a client perspective, the Upstack invoicing procedure is a very simple and straightforward one. When your project with Upstack starts, you are benefiting from our 2 week trial period. Once the trial has passed successfully you will receive your first invoice from Upstack.
Based on the fact that the first invoice is sent after 2 weeks (only when a trial is successful), after that point Upstack sends invoices every 2 weeks for the previous 2 weeks (10 days) of work done by your developer/s.
Each invoice consists of 10 work days and you will not be charged for any holidays or sick days. Upstack also advises all our clients that the easiest way of paying invoices is through credit card, which can be attached to your client account, for quick payments.
